Hi Hen and MaryKaye, Insightbb doesn't make it any easier. Screenshots posted as attachments (or any attachments to email) are discouraged by the group.
Incoming and outgoing are both mail.insightbb.com. In Entourage, Outlook Express and Mail, it can be found within your Account settings.
