Bill, as I understand it, the local phone service with Insight is actually offered by AT&T. That is what some Insight guy told me several months ago. Somehow it is supposed to be digital up to your house and then since our phone lines are analog, they switch you to analog again. How that is to work , i do not know, but maybe some of you do. I shall try to get to a knowledgeable person at Insight which might be difficult, but I hope with my tenacious stick-to-it-ness I shall be successful.
