Take a look at /usr/share/linuxcnc/ncfiles/remap-subroutines/fdm

A recent example config which uses the fdm files there:

However, that config also uses velocity extrusion, tripodkins, and a custom 
pin map for the Beaglebone (not CRAMPS, and not really BeBoPr either)..
But you may be able to garner something out of it.
