Interesting... when I start Netscape the router won't tell the modem to
dial.  I'll have to go back and redo the TCP/IP settings to only be active
when needed to see if that helps.  

I changed configurations once or twice and I haven't retested all options.
I'll have to take better notes on each step of the process.

I have the router's IP as my DNS in the TCP/IP control panel, would that
mess anything up?  I was having internet connection problems, while dialed
in, until I changed the DNS setting.
