Oh yes, being able to assemble the tools you need comes first. Were an app available that did all that, then they could add the final touch of designing it to integrate all that stuff. There's always a balance somewhere between small tool and kitchen sink. Between single author and a team of workers. A singular and a diverse. Etc.
