Hi Vince,

Yes, that was one of the first things I thought about, though I did not know if 
that would matter.  I unchecked the box for "wake for network access" and it 
did not help.  Then I wondered if I needed to reboot for it to take effect, so 
I rebooted, but it still keeps waking up at various times throughout the day 
(and night).

Are there other preferences that might possibly cause this problem?
