It would indeed seem that your EyeTV is scheduling events.

It might be useful to read this:

There is a lot of information there about the pmset command and
waking/sleeping and so forth.  Issuing the command:

pmset -g sched

in the Terminal might also be revealing, although it should be pretty much
the same info as in the file.
