While most people are honest, some are not. You'll need to determine the consequence of one family member sharing their license with another vs. a small business purchasing the family pack for their employees (even though your terms clearly state that it for household use only). No matter what your licenses or websites state, some businesses will try to use the Family Pack. Something you could do is light up the Family Pack offering and then watch what happens to your multi-product sales. If the increase in FP sales offsets the loss of multiple-product orders, then perhaps FP is the right call.
