Hi Tim, Thanks for the very descriptive help. I tried getting rid of the rules (it seems there was only a rule to color Apple News posts, which probably was default). I also turned off junk filtration just to see if that could be messing with it somehow, and that failed. I then tried utilizing the mouse as you suggested, and the folders inbox/google and inbox/iCloud are both still empty. Something of note, however, is that I found a folder named 'archives'. Going to archives, and then Google, yields several thousand messages, starting yesterday and going back a while. I was even able to find this thread in the archive, but it didn't show your response, most likely because it was recent. Junk mail still has about 70 things, but these are -all- spam, collected over the years under my Gmail account. There is a vertical splitter inbetween the mailboxes table and mail grouping. Could this have anything to do with it? Interacting it and sliding it up and down just speaks percentages, though I'm not sure of what exactly. Bringing it all the way down to 0% then says 'none' and doesn't allow me to change it any higher until I close and reopen mail.
