I can not do without a braille display. For one thing, I can't remember telephone numbers so having information at my fingertips as it were really helps. I am a Braille transcriber and use Braille displays on a daily basis for work and for home. Whilst Braille is not great on the Mac, It's great on my I phone and for my job.
