Hello Sean, yes, I am also referring to the most recent, standalone version of Microsoft Word for iOS. VoiceOver does not work with tables in Word documents. I know many people have said that the new Office apps for iOS are accessible, and in some ways they are, but Word in particular is pretty bare bones in terms of what is accessible and what isn't yet doable.
