What kind of volume problem? I have a problem regarding speech volume and I just got a notice from Apple Bug Reporting that my report (21729362) has been closed because it was a duplicate. When sound docking is turned on the vo sounds will squash speech. So, if you have this problem, you can either turn off sound docking, or turn off vo sounds and git by until it is fixed.
