Hi Erik and all, Wow this has been interesting. I understood the issue of losing quality with mp3s, but I guess where I was confused, is that I assumed that CDs were imported into Itunes in M4a format, just like the songs we purchase (though I had had concerns about quality on more than one occasion). After seeing your message, I looked in my Itunes library, and obviously saw this was not the case. Is it not possible to just have CDs import into iTunes in M4a format? Thanks, Donna
