I have experience the same kind of thing frequently over the last several months since zoom usage has dramatically increased. I believe this is a network traffic issue. I sometimes have been able to resolve this issue by doing as Tim recommends, I close out zoom completely and then re-join the meeting. Sometimes this works, sometimes the problem continues. It's kind of a crapshoot.
