Not to mention the fact that if you ever need to report a message to someone's ISP for SPAM, you can use command+option+u to get at the source details of the message. ONce there, the source matter can be cut and pasted as usual in to a new message or what ever you're going to need to do. To get back to normal content, just press command+option+u again.
