Ray,
We were talking about simply resetting the iPHone's settings, not all the data. 
When you just reset the settings you don't go through that set up process 
again. In fact, now I think of it I'm not even sure you lose VoiceOver when 
doing this. I'm pretty sure I've done it before for someone else's iPhone and I 
didn't lose VoiceOver. But, whichever the case, we all agree we can use iTunes 
to get it back again. :)
