There is no sense in asking that just a little more than one day after
you've added a comment to this ticket. If there was an answer anyone could
give it would have been added as comment. Since there was no new comment
after yours, it's obvious that either no one has yet an answer, or no one

From what I can tell, the HAL is of the opinion that given countrycode
does not belong to the regdomain value that is found in the card EEPROM.
