One of the ideas of the HAL is to prevent users to select settings that
they are not allowed to. Hence the regdomain/countrycode stuff was
introduced to deal with the different allowed limits in countries.
If the limits in your country are not sufficiently usable (due to wrong
information about these limits in the HAL), the right was would be to
report this issue as a bug, so that the HAL can be updated. But if you're
just after breaking the law you should not expect support from our side.
