It would be wonderful if getting to the right people at Microsoft's mail operations team were easy, without friction, but it's not. For now, that's just the way it is. Michael Wise (who works in a different department at Microsoft) has kindly provided you with a link <http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?LinkID=614866&clcid> and a process so you can reach the right team there. The choice is yours. Being stubborn won't solve your problem.
