Last week I reported having trouble with the ICC digitization of the Ptolemy _Geographia_ on my Mac, but I am happy to report that after following the directions here: http://forums.silverlight.net/forums/p/54031/412893.aspx (9th message, by yfarjoun) on how to uninstall the various Silverlight files and then reinstalling the plug-in the site worked properly. I had posted news of the work on the Classics list and then my problems with accessing it, and several people there had no trouble so it appears that Len Berggren and I are in a minority in having any trouble at all. In addition, I discovered that Moonlight, the Linux implementation of Silverlight, will let you use the site on a computer running "any modern 32bit or 64bit Linux distribution": http://www.go-mono.com/moonlight/download.aspx I tried the full release (v.2) on one machine and the Preview release (v.3) on another and both worked, with the only difference I *noticed* being that v.3 showed the progress of the page loading. Not related to the lovely ICC web edition, but also of possible interest to some here is that the Bavarian State Library (BSB) in Munich just celebrated digitizing their millionth incunable page image, comprising almost 4,200 titles: http://mdz12.bib-bvb.de/~db/ausgaben/uni_ausgabe.html?projekt=1157526886 and their collection includes a 1462 edition of Ptolemy: http://goo.gl/Nmza9 I've only glanced at the rest of the collection but I thought I'd point out that title.
