Hi All,

It really depends on how the enduser will use the final data.  We have
clients for whom a drag and drop solution would be perfectly adequate.  Same
sort of folks who think Zip Code boundaries are a real geographic entity.

The basic premise of doing our work in the most professional manner should
be the goal.  Unfortunately,  that last 5-10% of accuracy might well cost
the profit for the job with no real gain for the object of the user.  I
recall looking over the shoulder of a valued associate as he embarked on a
project to eliminate sliver polygons in a national set of block boundaries.
My only comment was, "Why?"
