Scenerio: I just recieved an ArcInfo (or View e00) file containing numerous polygons of varing area sizes.  The converter I used works fine except for translating the field info, no problem there.  The file imported as Non Earth Meters.  I reprojected at Lat/Long NAD 27 and everything's fine with one exception.  The grouping of the polygons are 5000 miles off to the east. Ok, so I selected all the polygons and drug them to where they should truely be, my question is . . .  How do I perform this more accurately or is that possible?
