The problem right now is that each arf message generated due to auth
failures are formatted differently and it makes automation very difficult -
if we don't tie the authfailure messages minimally to dkim and spf - I don't
think we have accomplished anything - at the very least I think they should
be the minimum with the option to extend for future.
