Of course its a war against the Pashtun.  A war that has been going on  
for most of two centuries.  The Brits' whole "Great Game" strategy was  
to partition the Pashtun between the "Northwest Frontier Province" and  
"Afghanistan." Likewise the creation of the pseudo-nation "Pakistan"  
to hang on to the Northwest Frontier.
Who has *ever* advocated self-determination for Pashtunistan?
