It's the same tactic of the Trump gang: violate a norm or law about procedure, not outright decreeing the desired result (House stays Republican). The Democrats have fought by litigation in courts and parliamentary maneuvers in Congress. The No Kings demonstrations were kept strictly passive. And they have not yet announced a date for their next one. So what do you concentrate on? Agitate among the people as best you can?
