I was attempting to explain that I have zero interest in the internal rationalizations of individual members of our ruling class--such as Hillary Clinton. Nor do I wish to discuss with you the boundary between our ruling class actively promoting Trump and passively allowing him to increase his power. Our ruling class includes (per my approximate estimate) more than a million people. They are not all the same. They all have brains and political ideas of one sort or another. Some have more wealth and power than others. Some are active decision makers who play a significant role in shaping events, and others are more passive supporters of one policy or person or another. It feels quite awkward, honestly, that I feel a need to say these things. But in order for this to happen--it is necessary that correct ideas exist. Currently, the radical left is paralyzed by a "crisis of theory" which makes it difficult or impossible for activists to understand what is happening or why--or which paths forward will be successful and which will not. The historical experience of millions of people remains largely unknown. People (activists as well as non-activists) have no place to go where they can get the reliable knowledge they need to understand the world and take effective action to change it. This is what must change. The growth of the productive forces in digital communications technology will make it possible for the working class and oppressed to end their mutual isolation and share their pain, experience and conclusions. Activists (political activists as well as tech activists) will play a key role in this.
