If your are running ACPF simply change that value and the limits:

from:

39 1000 78.4674 300 -100 1.03 100 1 1100 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0;
to:

39 500 78.4674 300 -100 1.03 100 1 500 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0;

Those 500MW will be generated by the slack bus.
