The ACOPF in MATPOWER minimizes the generation cost subject to voltage,
line flow, and capacity constraints. The objective function is not
minimization of line losses. Please read the section on Optimal Power Flow
in the manual. http://www.pserc.cornell.edu/matpower/manual.pdf
