Unit Commitment for larger system(>1000 buses)

Dear MATPOWER Community,

I want to run Unit commitment (SCUC) for larger system(>1000). Does
anyone have data set for this purpose. I need a system with Min on/off
times, Ramp up/down limit and cost function.
