Hi,

The information you're looking for aren't in the pwb (power world binary
file); you need to take a look at the paper published by Adam Birchfield
(look at page 5);

And you will not get these information directly (suitable to the capacity
of your generator) and in many cases you have to assume, that's why the
DISPA-SET dataset might give you some workable data.
