We are experiencing this as well with our 1.2.x deployment. Nothing
to report from the logs, other than some recordings simply get stuck
in a workflow state and never progress.
We had no occurrences of this before the 29th of February, all
though this may be a coincidence.

if you hit the little "gear" icon next to each workflow in the
"Status" column, you should get to a list of operations that the
workflow should be processing. Can you tell us what operations are
left?

Hello,
I installed Matterhorn 1.3 across three servers (Admin, Worker,
Engage). Uploading a single video (5 MB) works without problems
but uploading multiple files (presentation, video and audio) will
not finish within Matterhorn. All works fine until the system
hangs at "Status - Processing : Published". There is no exception
thrown in the log. The system now hangs more than 12 hours and
will not finish. Disk space is enough. The latest output of the
three logs (Admin Server, Worker Server, Engage Server) is shown
below and I attached a small screenshot of the status.
Has anybody an idea what's wrong here? I'm very thankful for any
help!
