Hi folks, In searching for a ticket this afternoon, I ran into a bunch of community support requests which were untouched and from users I don't recognize from the mailing list. It think this type of issue is confusing to new users, especially when they file a request and then get ignored.
Can we remove this option from JIRA? Better, and faster support is available on list. We would still have community feature request options for those seeking new features, but it would better funnel new users to the correct place to obtain support. G
