Oops! Just discovered this pending task for me way down in my inbox.
Even though the Community Support Requests have been resolved, I still
can't delete the issue type "Community Support Request". I tried to
convert these to "Bugs" in bulk change mode, but can't (some required
fields for bugs can't be edited in bulk). So I think the only options
are to:
a) Change these issues to Bugs one by one
b) Delete these issues
I vote for b in the interest of my own time. There are only 35 issues,
and none seem like a significant loss if we lose them.
Anyone object to deleting these issues?

I went ahead and resolved them all. Michelle, you can delete the issue
type now I think.

Can we remove this option from JIRA? Better, and faster support is
available on list. We would still have community feature request
options for those seeking new features, but it would better funnel new
users to the correct place to obtain support.
