Curious.. This post brings to mind an observation I have regarding comparing Classic to X. X download speeds are about 25% of Classic. The entire network is identical. Only change is the OS. X loads the Modem Test Page at 14.4 or less. Classic loads at 48k or better. Odd. I spend enough time online that this could be the killer unless I can get some idea of how to overcome this little problem.
