Floyd, SFMOMA uses Tessitura which provides an out-of-box integrated solution for CRM and Ticketing. We use custom REST/JSON middleware (RESTFUL wrapper around the native Tessiture API) to expose Tessitura to external web services (sfmoma.org, museumstore.sfmoma.org, and SFMOMA app).
