It happens at the end of scheduling when the order pops up, it is right
after the order.

For those of you who are using the CWS/OE link for orders associated
with appointment types, when does the Medical Necessity checking
actually happen?  At the time of scheduling, or at the time of
registration, when the system actually passes the order to the
interface?
