In GENIVI we're taking collaboration very seriously. The GENIVI alliance "get's it", they understand Open Source, and lots of work that the alliance is doing, indeed, has already done, is being done upstream. Ofono for example is a project that GENIVI has contributed too. We also plan to work very closely with the IVI profile in MeeGo. I'll be at DebConf10 and LinuxCon Boston if anyone on this list wants to stop by and talk about opportunities to work on the computers in the next generation of cars. Warm regards, Jeremiah
