Yanshuang,

The meego.com homepage states the following on
https://meego.com/about/governance :

The governance model is based on meritocracy and the best practices
and values of the Open Source culture.

One of the best practices and values of open source culture, is
transparency. Even your own bosses talk about these values in their
keynotes about MeeGo. You are operating on a project wide resource and
since bugs.meego.com is a meego.com resource, you should adhere to
project values. This means that, please from now on, have these
discussions on meego...@meego.com mailing list or a similar medium -
there is no 'internal' - Intel is one participant amongst many in the
MeeGo project.

In my talk recently in MeeGo Conference on MeeGo transparency,
meritocracy and inclusion[1] I had to mention meego.com bugzilla
development as a team that is practically an invisible effort and
lacks in transparency, meritocracy and inclusion.

Please do something about this behaviour ASAP - it is looking bad for
your team and the project in general that hidden decisions like this
go on. I would suggest that you publish meeting minutes related to
your team's topic as a start.

Feel free to ask on meego-commun...@meego.com on ways how to make your
team work in a open and transparent way if you have doubts how to do
it.

Best regards,
Carsten Munk
