You will be able to use twin weber manifolds. Their fuel atomisation is
considered to be better than Webers which helps fuel economy and low down
torque. You may be able to get a little more top end power out of the Webers
though. Having said that, the differences are marginal and there really
isn't much in it. I'd probably choose Dellortos over Webers for a street
car.
You may find it a little harder to find jets etc.. for them. As far as price
goes, I'd expect to pay around $300-$400 for a pair without manifold,
depending on condition.
