SSS Automotive used to sell them, 'round $120 a pair, 1" thick. Nissan
Motorsport also, but probably more $.
I haven't got around to it yet, but I wonder what a machine shop would
charge to make some ? Not rocket science, just cutting the metal into shape
from a block keeping the shape so as to have the largest possible mounting
surfaces.
