OK guy's you're both sort of correct but it's not bullshit about the filler
cap. In NSW if you declare to your engineer that the engine you are going
to install is unleaded, then you must fit an approved restrictor filler &
cap. Tell him you intend to use a leaded and it doesn't apply. Problem, you
turn up with a cat install and you're stuffed and he's got you and the RTA
has got him if he does it wrong.

You don't under the national rules, i'm not saying it doesn't happen as it
does and you usually find these guys take you to the cleaners $ wise. You
see some engineers just don't want the business off a 30 yo Datto with a
300 hp rocket in it and they have their pet little interpretations to get
ride of you. (:- works a treat.
