Gents,
There appears to be some confusion about the pollution
laws as they apply to pre 1976 Vehicles.
I may be incorrect here, but this is my understanding
as iot applies in the ACT and NSW. Terry correct me if
I am wrong
If the engine fitted is pre 1976 no pollution controls
are required, however if the engine is from a later
(post 1976) model vehicle, then the laws do apply.
Those laws depend upon what year the engine was
manufactured, if it is 1999 then 1999 laws apply.
