Took a step backwards today. Got the strut tops off, found one of the struts
had been run without any bearing in the top. Thus the insert's thread was
nice and worn and now I can't thread the nut back onto it.. So the car is
now back off the road till I get a new insert. Or maybe I could just dye the
thread on the insert but that might weaken it.
