Fw: extracting power from L16 ??

can anyone help me out with the best way to get a decent amount of power from an L16 ? I've managed to get an A Stamped cam for $20 I've got a 2" sports exhaust should I work the L16 head or put on an L18 head? also would increasing bore be worth it? if so how big should I go? L18 piston size or bigger? any suggestions would be greatly appretiated thanks in advance                         Dave     PS. sorry for repeating the message It's just I'm going to buy the cam this afternoon and I wanna know before I go whether I should buy just the cam or the whole head and cam.
