i usually knock the shims out which allows the front of the diff to go up
and the back to go down enough to clear the leaf spring...
sometimes putting in the r180 diff u might have to undo the front bolts of
the rear x member to chassis to allow the x member to drop a little.. don't
forget to do em up again before u drive the car tho ...
