do you mean has anybody put a FJ20 box in a 16??
if so i have put a FJ20turbo 5 speed in mine and im having a few problems in
gear change aswell especially going down in the gears, goin up is fine...but
mine is fine going in reverse....and i had to replace the release bearing as
it was making noise when the clutch was in...maybe that "MIGHT" be some of
your problems???
