Richard,
If you modify a car to the extent that it needs to be certified by an
engineer, then every modification from standard comes into play. That means
if you have changed the seats, (haven't we all) then yes. If you haven't
modified a component say eg brakes, then you will have to fit brakes to the
specification that your engineer requires.
On the wiring, ill have a look at those colours and see if I can figure what
goes where.

I'd understand brakes stuff liek that, but seats is harsh. I might check it

Ok as for the 120y wires, on one plug I have green/blue green/black and
green/red. and on the other I have red/white red/black green/yellow and a
plain red one. My car is a 68 model 1600. Also one more question, do other
people have a slight delay when turning from low beam to high beam, is this
the switch or the alternator (please say switch *smile*)
