I did get the EMS module, but then I find that coil #1 isn't firing still.
So I joined 1 & 4 together just before the module and they both fired
together and it was rosy but mis-fired sometimes... The Dyno tuner just
looked at it and said "Oh FARK mate... I REFUSE to tune it in this
condition. You take it home and fix it." I sed, I am 60 km's from home and
I ain't taking this car anywhere till it runs. He said "Ok then, your best
option is to install a twin setup with the Mistubishi twin coils, ignition
leads, yada yadda yada." I sed How much$$$ He sed $150 for the bits + I'll
fit it all up, trim down all your old wiring and hide it and Shmick it all
up, Dyno tune it with 2 programs and you bring me a wad of cash that looks
like $500 next weekend" I said "Fark.... Ok then, fair enuf.." Thanks
dood... Now I'm really broke.

Also got some plumbing probs with vacuum hoses and whatnot, so he is going
to tidy the whole lot up and make it run.

All I gotta do is drive it away this friday and go and bust a few Diffs and
fry some tyres.. :)

When I drove it on saturday, I didn't take it up on boost at all, so there
were no thrills, just 80km'h down the 110km/h freeway.. Not fun at all...

I tell you what though, If I were to do it all again, I'd buy the MTX8
computer not the MT8 and try and stuff a different ignition in it because it
is now tacky.. May be better than standard, who knows? A lot of ppl have
told me that the 4 coil method sucks big time and that a twin coil twin
ignition is the way to go on a SR20. If not now, then later on anyway. The 4
coil has been a right royal prick!! What's wrong with the good old 1 coil &
dizzy setup like we've always done?
