the z18T head is a really good conversion to do
the head will fit but to make it fit you have to use a Z20 timing case
instead of the L20 one
you will also need a Z20 head gasket and timing chain
if you use an L20 block from a bluebird you will end up with 8.6:1
or 8.1:1 if you use the 200B block
An oil feed for the turbo should be tee'd from the oil pressure sensor, and
a custom sump return pipe can be run back into the top of the pan.
also if you can get hold of a Z series dizzy use that as well because the Z
head has 2 spark plugs per cylinder the L series distributor won't cut it.
If you get desperate and can't find a Z series distributor you can just
block of one spark plug hole per cylinder and use the L series dizzy to just
fire 1 plug per pot
