If done right, yes.. If your serious, ring an engineer and talk to them.
Most of 'em are friendly.

I'd stick to nissan/datsun. Far more reliable and easier and cheaper to get
parts for. If you have a million dollars to play with, then go for a triple
rotor or go all balls out and stick two 13b's together and make a
quad-rotor. :) Mazda had a quad rotor indy-car and it got banned coz it was
too grunty or something like that.
